International Recruitment Forum | Careers in Hospitality
Students benefit from the International Recruitment Forum (IRF) launched in 2008 by Swiss Education Group. IRF is an exclusive career event that takes place twice a year. It connects students of our schools with over 100 recruiters from a cross-section of industries, including hotel groups, independent properties, catering and events companies, retail, banking, as well as airlines and cruise lines from around the world.
We partner with leading hospitality, business, and culinary leaders to provide our students with industry expertise and know-how.
How to compose a professional email, how to be properly groomed, how to write a CV or a cover letter, how to network, how to ace a job interview– these are skills employers expect from you. Each one of our schools has a team of career coaches that helps you prepare for the International Recuitment Forum and define your career goals.
As a student of one of our schools, you complete at least one 4-6-month internship during the course of your studies. The International Recruitment Forum gives you the opportunity to meet with over 100 international companies looking to recruit interns for hospitality positions around the world.
Because it’s a private event, and open only to students from our schools, it means that the recruiters are there solely for you. It is a unique opportunity for you to meet and engage with managers and potential employers. There’s no knowing where a simple conversation may lead.
Contact us to find out how you can showcase your company, meet our students, and fill your open positions!
